Vaporizers

What is a Vaporizer?

Normally, LPG boils out of the vessel after getting heat from the ambient temperature, as per the flow rate of the valve. However, during low temperatures or higher off-take of appliances, customers face pressure drop problems. To avoid such situations and provide a convenient solution, PPGL offers vaporizers that help in the quick vaporization of gas as per demand and maintain gas flow as per load requirement.

Types of Vaporizers

1. Dry electric:

The dry electric vaporizer is a low-maintenance solution that requires no water, making it ideal for areas with reliable electricity. This design eliminates the need for water-related maintenance tasks, simplifying operation and reducing potential issues.

2. Water Bath Electric:

The water bath electric vaporizer utilizes heated water to ensure consistent LPG vaporization, making it suitable for cold environments and areas with fluctuating gas pressure. This method provides reliable vaporization, even in challenging conditions.

3. Steam Operated:

Steam-operated vaporizers are highly efficient for high-demand scenarios. They utilize readily available steam from industrial setups as a heat source, providing a reliable and powerful solution for vaporizing LPG. This method offers excellent performance and energy efficiency, making it ideal for industries with significant energy requirements.

How it works

4. Direct Fired:

Direct Fired vaporizers heat LPG directly using burners, making them suitable for areas without access to external power or steam sources. This self-contained solution offers a reliable and efficient way to vaporize LPG in remote or off-grid locations.

5. Hot Water:

Hot water vaporizers efficiently convert LPG using externally heated water.  This makes them ideal for environments that already have existing hot water systems, as they can leverage this existing infrastructure for vaporization.

Vaporizer Capacities
1. Capacities: 10 kg/hr to 30 kg/hr: This capacity is well-suited for the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), providing a reliable gas supply for kitchens and commercial burners. Its compact and efficient design makes it ideal for small to medium-scale operations.
2. Capacities: 100 kg/hr to 300 kg/hr: This capacity is designed for industrial applications such as factories, boilers, chillers, furnaces, and paint shops. It supports high-demand operations by providing consistent pressure and minimizing downtime.
